Ethan Dahl is an independent recording artist and owner of the copyright in his sound recordings.

Ethan may consider requests to directly license his sound recordings and music videos on a case-by-case basis. Any licences granted will be non-exclusive.

Direct licensing enquiries
To enquire about directly licensing an Ethan Dahl sound recording or music video, please email contact@ethandahl.com and include:

• your name, business or organisation and contact details;
• the sound recording or music video you wish to use;
• a description of how and where it will be used;
• the intended audience or reach, where relevant;
• the territory in which it will be used; and
• the proposed duration of the licence.
  Additional information may be requested depending on the proposed use.

Licence fees and other terms will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature and extent of the proposed use.

Submitting an enquiry does not grant permission to use Ethan Dahl’s sound recordings or music videos. No direct licence is granted unless the applicable terms have been agreed.

Any direct licence granted under this policy relates to rights in the relevant sound recording or music video. Depending on the proposed use, separate permission or licensing may also be required for the underlying musical work and lyrics.
For public performance and certain communication uses, licences may alternatively be available through OneMusic Australia or PPCA, as applicable.
